We invite you to apply for Les Dames d’Escoffier, Dallas Chapter Scholarship in Wine Studies.
This scholarship is to be used to assist with expenses related to the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines, The Institute of Masters of Wine, Master of Wine Exam (stage 2) or the Court of Master Sommeliers Master Sommelier Exam (any part). Two scholarships in the amount of $1000 will be awarded.
Eligibility:
- This scholarship is for women only
- Applicants must work and reside in the state of Texas
- Eligibility for indicated course/exam will be verified
About Les Dames d’Escoffier
Les Dames d’Escoffier is an international organization made up of women leaders in the food, fine beverage and hospitality fields. Their mission is to create a supportive culture in these communities to help people achieve excellence. they do this by sharing knowledge, supporting members, providing leadership, educational opportunities, and philanthropy for the industry and the community at large. The Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier was chartered in 1985 and currently has more than one hundred members who represent restaurants, hospitality, fine beverages, food journalism, culinary education, event planning, and other food & beverage-related fields.
